The Project Officer Major Projects will assist the Senior Project Manager and Project Director, Innovation Hub, with the critical activities required on industry and stakeholder engagement, as well as the start-up, initiation and implementation planning in accordance with the Major Projects Framework.

The Gift Processing Officer provides high level administrative support in the Giving Processes team within Advancement Services. The position supports relevant advancement activity in the University's campaign projects including administration of the tailored gift acknowledgement process.

This position is responsible for developing Business Intelligence solutions for the University through the Deakin Data Warehouse and other means – primarily via ETL (IBM DataStage) and Oracle database development activities.

The purpose is to assist the Business Planning and Analysis Unit in the provision of timely co-ordination, support, advice and training to Faculty or Other Areas so as to ensure strong financial control and compliance to University policy, demonstrated through accurate and timely completion of informed monthly reports, and relevant forecasts and budgets.

Work with the Senior Management group to inform, develop and implement the University's strategic direction. Full-time, CBD location.

The overall purpose of the Release Manager is to plan, manage and implement the release management process by which the production environment is updated, upgraded and maintained, under the governance of change management and in conjunction with configuration management.

The Senior Analyst will undertake data analysis, lead the Unit’s institutional research effort, and make associated recommendations in support of strategy. This key member of the Planning Services Unit will also contribute to the implementation and development of Business Analytics at Flinders University.
