Working closely with the Executive Officer, the Project Officer plans, coordinates and manages fundraising activities that promote and secure philanthropic support from individuals and organisations for University priorities. Importantly, the Project Officer plays a key role in managing relationships to ensure a rewarding and satisfying giving experience for USC donors.

The Gallery program incorporates a variety of media including digital art, painting, drawing, graphic design, illustration and animation and includes works by nationally and internationally recognised artists, regional practitioners and displays by University Art and Design students. The Gallery also presents talks, workshops and public events to coincide with exhibitions.

The Internal Auditor appraises the adequacy, efficiency and effectiveness of QUT’s operational and financial controls and quality of performance to help ensure that the Internal audit function assists the achievement of QUT’s corporate goals.

QUT is seeking a Rehabilitation and Wellness Manager responsible for developing and implementing the QUT strategy for managing Health. The Manager will be required to deliver integrated programs from primary Wellness prevention programs to tertiary rehabilitation program including the management of Workcover claims and sick leave.

Web Services leads QUT’s web development process to ensure the University’s public website is client-focused, provides easy access to relevant, accurate and well-presented information and conveys an image consistent with the University’s corporate identity and positioning. Web Services manages QUT’s central web infrastructure, web template, search engine and web statistics reporting.

The Associate Director is responsible for supporting the Director in providing strategic, operational leadership and management of QUT International College Programs, Student Support Services and the IELTS Centre. The Associate Director ensures that the unit maximises the number of students progressing to university award programs and seeks to achieve the University mission and goals.

The appointee will have significant experience as a senior manager, the capacity to contribute at a strategic level to QUT’s development and an understanding of current and emerging higher education issues.

This position organises, plans and implements programs to secure annual gifts from QUT constituents including Alumni, community members and staff in support of the University’s funding priorities. The Annual Giving Officer will be responsible for coordinating the internal Annual Appeals working group and the Staff Giving Committee.

This position is one member of a team of business services staff providing administrative and logistical support to students and staff in award and non-award programs.
