As demand requires, the Service Desk Officer assists IT Officers by performing second tier administrative and technical tasks within the scope of the Customer Services team including, but not limited to, audio-visual, computer laboratory, desktop and mobile services and supports the Service Desk Supervisor with all aspects of the Student Help Desk service.

The Professor / Associate Professor in Occupational Therapy will be a specialist in the discipline. S/he is expected to lead and participate actively in significant research projects and to mentor other researchers and supervisors. S/he will have significant involvement in the development of the discipline of occupational therapy nationally/internationally, which is recognised and acknowledged by peers as noteworthy.

The Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences offers an undergraduate program in counselling and from 2011 will introduce a Master of Counselling and a Master of Counselling Practice. The Lecturer / Senior Lecturer in Counselling will teach into these programs and, dependent on experience, will have the opportunity to lead one of the programs.
