The Web & Applications Coordinator provides expertise in the analysis, design, development and maintenance of the Library’s online infrastructure including Deakin Research Online (DRO), the University’s research repository; digital archives; discovery services; and the website.

The Services & Support Group is the single point of contact for CQU people to receive help, information and practical assistance for all Information, Communication & Technology (ICT) systems. You are the person who installs, maintains and provides support, both on-site and remote, for all CQU-owned ICT equipment and applications. A large part of your work will be on location at client sites.

The ASM role is directly responsible for the application services budget and how that is discharged across ITS service delivery functions through careful assessment of service value. The role owns the service pipeline (services that are being planned and built) and services in production within their designated portfolio.

As demand requires, the Service Desk Officer assists IT Officers by performing second tier administrative and technical tasks within the scope of the Customer Services team including, but not limited to, audio-visual, computer laboratory, desktop and mobile services and supports the Service Desk Supervisor with all aspects of the Student Help Desk service.

The Test Analyst will be required to create and execute test scripts as well as follow the agreed test processes.You will also be required to support and use test tools presently utilised in the ITS department as well as complete test objectives on schedule.

The Senior Test Analyst is responsible for delivery and leadership of quality assurance and test management in support of outcomes that reflect expected production levels of quality and supportability. This includes all aspects of testing, with particular emphasis on the system integration testing for enterprise systems.

The purpose of this position is to professionally develop and maintain the University’s desktop enterprise environment and to ensure IT desktop applications meet the University’s business needs.

This project manager role will be responsible for the ongoing management of various sized projects relating to the asset lifecycle of ICT assets including desktop computers, laptops and printers.
