To provide technical direction and advice to academic staff in teaching and research programs in the School of Architecture and Building. To assist students in model building exercises and in the use of equipment within the studio and workshop environments and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for staff and students in the studio, gallery space, workshop within the scope of the School’s activities whilst maintaining appropriate Occupational Health and Safety standards.

The purpose is to carry out research as part of a high performing team, addressing the role that lipids and other small molecules may play in neurodegenerative diseases including Alzheimer’s disease.

The position (located at the Werribee Clinical Centre) is responsible for managing the administrative processes relating to the Faculty's academic and clinical teaching programs in the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine 3 (DVM3) and DVM4 curriculum and student administration generally, and for co-ordinating some administrative and organisational services at that campus.

The position will take leadership in supporting international and domestic pathways (Honours/ASPIRE) activities and accept a role in decision making, taking responsibility for scholarship, admissions and enrolment related matters.

The Faculty General Manager leads the Faculty’s senior administrative managers in the provision of exemplary administrative services across a broad range of portfolios, is responsible for establishing and managing relationships with strategic partners within and external to the University, and contributes to the Faculty’s strategic planning agenda.

The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating services to support the delivery of quality teaching and research for the Faculty of Science on the Wagga Wagga campus, including the National Life Sciences Hub (NaLSH), Phytotron and Rhizolysimeter.
